We have had the pleasure of working with Kiss 95.7 for about 4 years now. We started off very skeptical until our very first customer came in shouting that she heard us on the radio. We get “do you really know Courtney?” all the time. Courtney has such a talent to be able to reach people through her words and with her fan base they trust her too. 
It’s amazing to see how many people really do listen to the radio. The weeks that we are airing we tend to see more people walk through the doors. Something we always ask customer’s is how did you hear about us? The amount of responses that we have received about hearing us on the radio makes every dollar and cent worth it. Because we are a small business word of mouth is everything to us. All it takes is for one person to hear us and then they go and tell their family and friends about us all because they heard our name on the radio.  Believe it or not Kiss 95.7 is the only advertisement we currently do.

Prior to the weeks we are on air, Erica is always making sure that we are satisfied with the script or see if there is anything we want to change or add to it. It’s so helpful because there’s certain times of the year that we want her to focus more on the holidays or talk about a special or sale we are having. The flexibility to be able to change things as we go along is great because then we fit it to our needs. She always makes herself available if we have questions or anything. I love that because in our busy day to day sometimes you forget things or need clarification on something. Erica is always there to make sure we stay a happy customer.

Personally, I can say having the opportunity to work with Erica, Courtney and the entire Kiss family, has been an absolute joy and I couldn’t speak more highly about a company and the people involved. It has been a great experience with them and I hope to continue more years with them.
